I have become obsessed with Jenkins Reid’s work recently but should have stopped before this book. This one focuses on 20-something Hannah who moves from city to city not feeling like any place is “home.” She recently broke up with a married man and moved back home to LA to live temporarily with her best friend Gabby and her husband. This book creates alternate timelines for “what could have been” if Hannah resumes a relationship with her ex, Ethan, or goes home with Gabby and is hit by a car. No matter which decision, Hannah eventually learns that home is where the heart it and it’s the people who care about you that make life worth living.
