I read this book because the library started hosting a Girls Who Code program and I was fascinated by the founder’s TED Talk. This is for all the people who suffer from Imposter Syndrome and were raised to be quiet, polite, careful and, as result, we are afraid to fail. Saujani writes that by choosing bravery over perfection, we can find the power to claim our voice, to leave behind what makes us unhappy, and to go for the things we genuinely, passionately want for an authentic life.
