This was a recent Reese’s Book Club pick and is a fun thriller about secret identities. The book opens with Evie Porter, who seems to have it all: the perfect boyfriend, the perfect home and the perfect group of affluent friends. But someone knows about Evie’s past and is threatening to expose her unless she meets their demands. Evie isn’t really Evie – and Mr. Smith is pulling the strings behind the scenes. The book alternates between Evie’s pas and how she got into this business and the assignments given to her by Mr. Smith that solidified her life as a con artist. Lots of twists and turns and a fun read.
