Business Office Assistant

The James V. Brown Library is seeking a half-time (20 hours per week) Business Office Assistant to perform various accounting tasks including processing invoices, cash receipts, transaction posting, bank deposits, statement reconciliation and completing related documentation and reporting functions.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years experience in accounting or business and a thorough knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and experience with Quickbooks accounting software. Good communication, organizational skills, and Microsoft Office/Excel, Quickbooks computer skills required.
