Family Walk In
Bring the whole family for a themed craft, storytime or activity and spend quality time together at the library. No registration is necessary for these walk-in programs, so mark your calendar.
Early Childhood
Our award-winning children’s programming focuses on providing parents with the best books and resources possible – after all, they are their child’s first teacher! We partner with organizations in the community to offer lactation support, developmental toys for checkout, and innovative and inclusive programming and storytimes. Programs change seasonally so check back often!
School Age
Our school-age kids in grades K-2 help get the garden started each spring and learn about the life cycle of plants, too. From STEM and STEAM programs, to art, photography and dance, we prove that learning and literature can be fun! Some programs require registration for supplies, so check the calendar and sign up today.
Online Escape Rooms
Click this link for a list of virtual escape rooms developed by libraries around the country. These are fun and engaging family activities. Enjoy!
Tween
We are the place to go for kids in grades 3 to 6 who want to participate with their peers in book chats, crafting, creative writing, photography, Lego Club and more. Hang out in our Tween Zone on the second-floor and use the computers and wi-fi for homework, too.
Teen
If you are a teen who loves comics, anime and other forms of creative expression, then we have a club for you! Check out the teen area on the second-floor and use the One-Button Studio to record a video, have some snacks from vending machines or play the retro arcade video games while surrounded by books, comics and magazines.
Adults
The library staff strives to offer educational and social programs each week. Each month the library offers movies, Coloring Club, Crafting Club, informal card groups, a book club and other opportunities for learning with programs focusing on history, health, technology, travel and more.
