The James V. Brown Library, 19 E. Fourth St., has partnered with Clear Sphere Yoga, 358 Market St., to offer a free lunch hour chair yoga program in October.

The program will be presented by Annelise Latini, founder and lead teacher of Clear Sphere Yoga, from 12:15 to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays in October. The Tuesday sessions will explore physical postures while seated or using a chair, breath-work, and meditation. There is no need to change your clothes if you are coming from work. These classes can serve as a midday respite and reset your mental and emotional state before continuing your day. It is open to all levels of experience.

Latini, a native of Williamsport, teaches yoga and holistic life coaching full time as it is part of her soul’s calling to share these life-altering practices with others suffering from anxiety, depression and chronic stress. She opened Clear Sphere Yoga in August 2017 and has expanded to offer approximately 20 classes per week with more than 10 active teachers of yoga and meditation. The studio also offers kids yoga and prenatal/postnatal workshops.

No matter what your background or lifestyle, yoga can help to shift your awareness of the connection you have to yourself and to others around you.

This program supports the PA Forward initiative to promote health literacy across the state. With a strong health literacy background, Pennsylvania residents can manage their family’s well-being to live longer, more productive lives.

The program will be presented in the Third Floor Meeting Area of the vintage building. Light refreshments will be provided. For more information, visit or call 570-326-0536.
