The James V. Brown Library needs a skilled and customer focused organized team leader to direct operations of its busy circulation desks. This is a Department Head position and the manager participates on the library’s management team. Duties include recruiting and training exceptional customer service staff, solving problems to enhance the customer experience and insuring the integrity of the library’s circulation records and the orderliness of its collection.
