Find out firsthand what new items have arrived at the library with the Lycoming County Library System’s ‘Wowbrary’ (see the current issue)

You will receive a weekly alert on Saturday that showcases the library’s newest items each week.

Wowbrary alerts are extremely convenient and quickly show new items, whether checked out or available for all Lycoming County Library System branches, all from the convenience of one’s home, work, or school computer.  Sign up here

The alerts feature the latest bestsellers, movies, music CDs, audio books, children’s titles, cookbooks, mysteries, travel guides, health books, science fiction and more purchased by the library.

The alerts help those interested in specific topics. It only takes the click of your mouse to see new arrivals appropriate for your child or teen. One click takes you to a separate section on parenting, and teachers can quickly spot new resources for their classes.

Wowbrary alerts are free and do not require a library card. Go to www.wowbrary.org to sign up or learn more. Sign up here

Wowbrary was created to make public libraries more visible and accessible to everyone.

Wowbrary is a project of Interactive Sciences, Inc., a California nonprofit 501(c)(3) public-benefit corporation that uses technology to help with social needs. Beginning in 2001, Interactive Sciences has been building experiments to research creative approaches to better connect people with the many resources available via their libraries.

Lycoming County Library System Library cards are free to those living in Lycoming County and can be obtained online or at your local library.
