Let the Lycoming County Library System help you keep track of your library materials through our Library Elf Service. The Library Elf is a web-based and email tool for library users. Think of it as a personal assistant, whose task is to help with avoid fines with email and text alerts, check multiple library cards at once, and remind you of when holds are available.
How does Library Elf work? Email and/or text alerts are sent to you before the items are due, cell phone text message alerts are delivered two days before an item is due, and you can check all accounts at once through your Internet browser.
Library Elf is designed with the busy or avid library user in mind. It is ideal for families with multiple library cards. It offers you one location to gather everyone’s account information.
To subscribe, visit the big blue button on the Library Elf page. You will need a valid email address and your library card to register. Once registered, you can relax knowing that the Library Elf is here to help you.
This service is free to all Lycoming County residents. As a Lycoming County Library System user, you have an automatic Premium Subscription at no cost to you. We hope the Library Elf can help.
